2.1. COUBUS Radio does not store or collect user personal information (call duration, call routing, used Internet traffic data, messages, contacts, avatars and nicknames).

2.3. COUBUS Radio does not use user data to show you ads.
2.4. COUBUS Radio on its own behalf does not send to its users any information about its services and services of third parties.

3. Collection of the data

3.1. All data in COUBUS Radio is visible only for active participants of the appropriate chatroom, during active session. After session is ended and chatroom is closed, all data is permanently deleted.

4. Your Messages

4.1. Public Chatrooms
Public chatrooms are available for all COUBUS Radio users, so all chatroom participants can read messages in active chatrooms and use voice chats. This chatroom type use end-to-end encryption.
4.2. Secret Chatrooms
Secret chatroom are protected by password by creator of chatroom, so only those who know the password, can connect to the chatroom. This chatroom type use end-to-end encryption.
4.3. Hidden Chatrooms
Hidden chatroom is the chatroom, which is not visible for all participants. This chatroom can be password protected or not, and can be connected when it visible. Chatroom creator can set this parameter anytime at own discretion. This chatroom type use end-to-end encryption.

5. Location data

5.1. If user shares the location, COUBUS Radio will use user data to display user location to all users in active chatroom. When app is closed, share of user location will be disabled.

6. What other users can see

6.1. When user use COUBUS Radio, other COUBUS Radio users can see certain data:

User Nickname
User Avatar
User Mic Status (on or off)
User Text Messages
User Geolocation (if it’s turned on by user).

6.2. To see all mentioned above data, users have to be in the same chatroom.

7. Credit Card Information

7.1. When making a purchase, user enter his credit card details into a form supplied by the payment provider that will be processing the payment, and this information goes directly to the payment provider’s server. User’s credit card information never reaches COUBUS Radio servers. We do not access and do not store user’s credit card information.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

8.1. We will review and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
